Vaughan Regional Medical Center is a Joint Commission–accredited, 175 bed acute care flagship within LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. (NAS: LPNT), a company of approximately 50 community hospitals, and its largest in the South with almost 600 employees and a $22 million payroll. Our hospital contributes almost $2 million to the local tax base and we serve a 7 county region; Vaughan RMC being a prominent and secure place to work.

New Surgery Center completed in 2007 is approximately 17,000 square feet with state-of-the-art technology.
In 2008 we expanded our ER as we continue to grow to meet the needs of our growing community!

• Sleep Center recently re–accredited and remodeled with two new bedrooms (4 total) with state of the art equipment and new furnishings

• Diagnostic Imaging (new ultrasound, stereotactic biopsy, bone densitometry equipment)
• All floors of hospital re-painted in 2008
• Remodeled nurse’s stations on Med/Surg floors

• Meditech IT system: nurses work with wireless technology on portable carts
